Our Mission
FedsForward is committed to helping our talented civil servants continue their service to the nation by moving forward into mission-driven careers across all sectors of the economy.
Staunchly non-partisan, FedsForward's sole focus is to enable mission-driven individuals to make an impact in for-profit, non-profit and governmental organizations.
We will begin by providing tactical resources to support civil servants as they seek employment outside of the Federal government. As we evolve, we will provide tools and services to create a community of civic-minded people who make a difference both in and out of the federal government.
About Us
We are former civil servants with decades of experience both in and out of the federal government. We've worked in multiple federal agencies and are consistently awestruck by the talent and dedication our colleagues bring every day.
We have also seen the power of bringing civil servants into non-federal government roles. Their perspective and understanding of the public sector ecosystem brings unquantifiable value to for-profit and non-profit organizations alike.
We are civil servants and do this for civil servants. The tireless devotion to the American public lives in the civil servant corps. Feds forward.
